Can't Access Fizz Account

My friend has a fizz account that she activated and has a plan for but she cannot access her account because she forgot to verify her email. I tried resetting her password for her but it just said the link was expired. I read about making a new account with the same email because it's possible her account was deleted but how would she do so and keep track of her current plan? Would the account information transfer automatically because it's the same email?
