Can't Access Fizz Account

My friend has a fizz account that she activated and has a plan for but she cannot access her account because she forgot to verify her email. I tried resetting her password for her but it just said the link was expired. I read about making a new account with the same email because it's possible her account was deleted but how would she do so and keep track of her current plan? Would the account information transfer automatically because it's the same email?

Do they have an email? I tried the chat but the bubble doesn't pop up on my phone and I can't seem to find a contact number.11

Email is the least priority of the method of communication ( this would be the last resource I think )

The account should be in their system, not deleted. You need to contact Fizz to resend a verifying link.13

Can you try clearing your cache and retry a password reset. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to contact them unfortunately you need to be logged in to contact them via chat bubble or contact form so you’re only option would be through FB messenger https://m.me/fizzca9

The same problem happened to my friend, he didn't validate the email, and the account was disabled, the only thing to do is reinitialise the password and every thing should be fine.
