Sim card not connecting to network

I recently bought a sim card from Fizz, made a new plan. And today i just got it, activated it and put it in my phone, generating a new number.
But i still can't connect to any cellular network, can't make call, text, or anything. I took a screenshot of my sim card status, to see if it can help

You should be ok after then
If you have ported your old number to Fizz, you might need to be patient before it all get in order.

I already tried to setup manually the APN
And when it comes to my phone compatibility, its a Pixel 2 XL i bought in july, so no way its locked18 -
The Pixel 2 XL is definitely supported and unlocked. Try rebooting? Check if the SIM is in properly?18

I also tried restarting and switching with my old sim to see if something change and still nothing Will wait till' tomorrow and try contact customer support if the problem still persist18

Did you get the email that confirmed that your plan is ready? It includes your contract. If not, maybe the line is not ready.19 -
i did not receive any email with a contract. Maybe that's just it. Thanks for the info, i'll update as soon as i have more information19

If you ported your old number, it might be where the problem is... you have be patient if so.
Many users have reported having to wait many hours before the whole thing went through.
There has been users that were still able to use their old SIM card from the other carrier while waiting for the confirmation e-mail.

My answer comes a little bit late but I didn't receive the mail with the contract as well when I signed in .12

Update: Still no email and no network tried to restart once in a while. The payment was taken minutes after I bought my plan. So I wish the issue will not stay for too long hopefully12

Update : Tried the sim in another phone, didnt work at all. Maybe the problem is a defective sim card ? I'll try to contact Fizz on facebook. I even tried to use my friend Videotron sim card to make sure my device was compatible. I don't know what to do anymore to be honest. Still no email as of yet4

Update: Received an email asking me to reactivate my Sim card, but when i enter the code it say invalid number. Tried to contact the Customer support, but still nothing4

Alright, nothing done yet. But i'm just wondering if you guys couldnt just send a new sim card, and refund the plan ? So when i get the sim, i activate it again and then everything should be fine ? Anyway, will update tomorrow to see if something is done3

Update : It finally work ! Only took them 10 days, which in retrospective. Since its christmas, i'll consider it normal. Anyway, is there any way to get the 10 days i lost of service back ? Or maybe a partial refund ?2
