Mobile data for iOS is available?

I previously got a plan with data but Fizz told me that data is not available for iOS atm. Is is available for iOS users now? I have an iPhone 5S by the way.

Hi, Fizz is compatible with iPhone 5s, you must update your iOS to the latest version and update your carrier settings.
The information you got previously is wrong, Fizz does have data on iOs as it's related to the device itself.

I'm not an iPhone user, but I thought I read somewhere you need a certain minimum version of iOS to get the APN updates from Apple and the minimum version wasn't available below the iPhone 6 (or possibly 6S). If it's going to work, you just need to go on WiFi and download all updates from Apple, then it should work fine.

You just need an iOS update to 12.1. Data works but it’s on 3G or 4G - LTE is dead.

Hi Ngan Nguyen,
Fizz is compatible with iPhones 5s or newer models.
Make sure you download the iOS 12.1 Software Update.
After installing the new IOS you have to verify in "Settings / General / About" that the carrier is Fizz 35.0.
If not, a popup should appear to let you download the Carrier bundle 34.1 Fizz. If the popup doesn't show, please activate wifi and try again.
