***Ongoing Issue***Calls getting disconnected on Fizz EXT network!

In my city I am connected to Fizz EXT network and calls are still getting disconnected after 3 mins. Whereas my friend who is connected to Fizz network in his city, his phone calls are lasting more than 10 mins. Is anyone experiencing the same issue?
However, I have submitted a complaint today to Fizz.
Requesting Fizz team to resolve this issue since it is frustrating!

This was the same issue reported last night. Seemed to have resolved this morning for some, but clearly not all users.18

The issue last night was on all networks and got resolved. The issue of calls dropping on Fizz ext is still ongoing.17

Welcome to FIZZ! I have reported this issue numerous times but they don't seem to care.17

If you have data then a decent workaround for the moment is to install Fongo on your phone and make calls using data. No disconnects that way. And you get a real phone number for free too, so you can forward your calls to it if incoming calls are also being dropped.
Of course, you should not be relying on Fizz Ext alone as a long term solution because that's not Fizz's network and if you use Fizz Ext more than Fizz for 3 months in a row they may cancel your account.16 -
Jonathan C. I don't think thats correct, I've been with videotron for years and only used their partner network, never had any issue!16

Yes it was fixed, my phone is working, i still have issues with my voicemail that is not working, but otherwise everything is working.
