Will you guys start being more open with communication soon?

As you guys might know, social media and open communications are key to a successful company these days.

A subreddit was created by u/ottawa1234567890 for FizzMobile, r/FizzMobile/, and a lot of people have been using the platform to ask questions and get answers.

Unfortunately, no one from the team is taking the time to go over there and take control of the subreddit and start answering questions.

I was interested in becoming a Fizz customer, but with the poor media coverage and the recent outages, it is getting harder to make the switch.

Will someone finally start answering questions?

Thank you!

With respect Patrick I can confidently assure you they are all busy! Reddit is not their platform either. In more fallow times perhaps they would respond over there mind.
    I agree with @Matthew M.

@ Emre, mate it's very poor form to do that. Posting pictures of staff online is invasive and personal.
I suggest you rethink your strategies there?
    This is a community not a knives-out-free-for-all.
Also, that works both ways. I'm sure they have access to your details.
