UPDATE ON LEVEL 6
It seems that there is a bug at level 6. The customer service has opened a ticket, because I have not received a notification and the bonus that comes up at level 6, while I have largely exceeded the objective.
The bonus at level 6 = "At level 6 you have won long distance call (in the country of your choice)"
I'll get back to you with more details when I officially get the bonus added to my profile ...

I hope all is well and I wanted to personally thank you for the positive engagement you bring to our community, it's greatly appreciated.
The reason why I'm reaching out to you today is to let you know that we see that there have been a few community members that have been hacking/ gaming the community in order to get more points and level up.
Your profile is part of those members that we're investigating.
In regards to our "Rewards policy" which can be found here: https://fizz.ca/en/my-rewards-policy we will take action to reduce points that were not earned and remove the levels that were earned to due "gaming" the community from these members.
Also, we will soon deploy a solution that will minimize the above from continuing to happen. We want the community to be fair for all users.

You are not alone. Me too. Apparently being stuck at home with a broken foot and thus spending too much time posting on the community forums is now potential "gaming the system." Maybe if they had existing c/s or less problems with the website and network, there wouldn't be so many questions to answer.82

I think I got confuse about the 250Mo bonus.
It seems that it was a bonus earn for something else. CS was not aware of what it was for exactly.
They had my previous ticket about level 6 bonus closed without resolution.
It looks like they weren't prepare for anyone getting to levels above 5 that fast, cause CS person told me that there wasn't any establish bonus above level 5...
Then agreed that I should have got the level 6 bonus - calls to another country of my choosing.
CS person finally re-open the ticket for level 6 and level 7 bonuses...

Are rules changed? I just got to Level 4 after I reached 9000 points. Email from Fizz mentioned requiring 15000 to reach next level, i.e. Level 561

@René D. Indeed, I was mistaken. So, what would be the right ones?
Level 1: 0 point to 750 points.
Level 2: 750 points to 4500 points.
Level 3: 4500 points to 9000 points.
Level 4: 9000 pointsto 15 000 points.
Level 5: 15 000 points to 21500 points
Level 6: 21500 points to ? points
Level 7: ?
Level 8: ?

@ René D., so level 6 bonus should be calls to another country of my choosing. The current $5/500-1000 minutes to overseas feature does not work for subsribers, technical team has been working on it for almost 2 months. Appreciate if u will post details whenever u receive it, 100 vs. 1000 minutes, x 24 months?
@René D. and @Hugo L., the 250MB is for Level 1. Thanks to generosity of Fizz, I think ~all beta testers received addition/adjustment of extra 500MB PERK and 250MB UPGRADE, the identical Level 1 bonus for clients who joined Fizz during the current Introductory phase. Instead of our old 100MB PERK + 100MB UPGRADE.

Rules has not change.
There is an unfortunate leader board score track that has a different scale which is not used by rewards system.
Level 3 has always been at 4500 points.
@V.C. your infos are accurate, which leave Level 2 in our resume here to be confirm, because I don't remember what it was.

Rules has not changed. It's part of their Rewards policy to keep control over level, upgrades and points.

I've just noticed and am speculating that 200pts are added when a referral bonus is confirmed, i.e. referee paid 2nd month.

You are mistaking with information from the leader board.
Go to your Overview page in your Fizz account to find out the real goal for level 2.
