Poll - Should Fizz Extend The Introductory Period?

I don't know about all you but I am really nervous about Fizz exiting the introductory period while still having major bugs and outages. I think it would be a wise decision on their part to extend the introductory period to at least the beginning of January. I encourage you to participate in the poll provided below. Maybe if we get enough attention we can convince them to extend the beta for a few more weeks, I believe this would benefit everyone. As it stands currently I don't believe anyone will be willing to pay full price for the service Fizz is offering.
Should Fizz extend the introductory period to have more time to refine the bugs in their system?

Obviously they should. They are basically offering beta service for regular (albeit, "introductory" until Dec. 19th) pricing. They are misleading subscribers to believe they are receiving a fully operational service - that is, beta testing has concluded when clearly it is nowhere near complete.27

Fizz wasn't ready to leave beta and open it up to everyone in the first place, let alone leave the launch period.25
-
Definitely!!! I think they should extend both the beta period to 6 months , as well the introductory price to Feb-19-2019, for the bugs we found for them.25

They would be shooting themselves in the foot to launch at their official prices with their current state. As it is I suspect many are considering leaving Fizz, especially if you rely on your cell phone. The prices for sure are good but if the service doesn't work it means nothing.
It seems to me their intro prices brought them more customers than they expected and they simply are not setup for it.

Fizz should never have left beta. There's been absolutely no improvement from day 1 to now. In fact things have gotten worse! They should stop taking on new customers immediately and hire more people to fix everything. I've had no service AT ALL for 10 days now.23

Its really hard to say what else they will be doing aside from making sure their network doesnt go down anytime soon. It was a surprise to see them adding the upgrade swap feature. We just have to wait and see.11

Fizz is not ready to be officially open18

Fizz needs lots of work17

Fizz should go back to beta until they are really ready. They rushed it to mainstream and it became a disaster.19

It looks like one person just voted "no" do you mind identifying yourself and explain your thoughts and reasoning? If you wish to remain anonymous you could alternately send me a private message.16

The beta period seemed better than the introductory period to me. Possibly just because it wasn't my daily driver network at the time and now I'm dependent on it working reliably every day. I definitely would have waited until January to switch if I had known I would have service only 6 days a week.18

Yes. Two network outages in two weeks is a bit much. And take a look at how they're resolving issues (not well) in the forums.18
-
Yes, they have to. Look at their problems, two breakdowns within two weeks, and unable to fix issues promptly. Who's gonna subscribe if they jack up the price.16

------UPDATE------
Mention of the December 19th deadline for Introductory Pricing has been removed from the Fizz website! No official word yet if they will be extending the introductory period.

There shouldn't be any deadline.
Once all bugs and glitches are resolved, Fizz should then announce the end of the introductory pricing.3 -
