My delivery is flagged as delivered but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Check your mailbox. I had mine left at my front door mailbox. It was delivered by Dicom see links below. I suggest you contact FIZZ and get the tracking number.

Mine was delivered this way: the courier just stick the envelop to my door window where anybody could have stolen it.

Maybe that's what happened with yours. Forget about it. It's a $1-$2 loss? Your time is worth more than that.

Order a new one. Express delivery is available at the moment (in Montreal at least).

There is no danger with the old SIM card as it is associated with your account that is protected with a password.8 -
You can follow the other 2 above suggestions - or just order a new SIM - it's free for 2-day delivery.8

I am a bit worried about the future. Does someone know if it's just a bad luck or if Fizz is not really reliable?

Hey Mel,
With Beta being opened to everyone at $3-$8 a pop, I'm sure there's many people waiting to get in, hence the wait times with SIM delivery and glitches. Although this is the best way for Fizz to test their backend processes, systems...etc. So at the current prices I wouldn't freakout to much. Plus I've experienced much worse with other beta services or products.8 -

I am not really concerned about the wait. I can wait if needed. I sometimes order items that take over 30 days to arrive! The thing is: the SIM cards I ordered are labelled as "delivered" but I did not receive anything. That's what worries me. And they gave a 48h window for SIM cards activation.
I am sorry that you have experienced worse customer service.
However, this doesn't make it right by me, still no SIM cards where there should be.9 -
