Need to cancel phone order

Hi there, I made an order but did not realize that my Sask number cannot be transferred (even though I live in Ontario). I was within the 30 minute window, however my order history page did not show an option to cancel the order. I've been waiting to connect to a person over chat for 20 minutes now and nothing has happened. Is someone able to help me at all?
