Xiaomi poco m4 5g compatible?

Just wondering if anyone has this phone and is it working with fizz? If so how long have you been using it with fizz? Marketplace seller hAs the 4 ram and 64gb version in central Canada I want to get but I don't know if it's on fizz approved list. Is it possible any day that it will stop working with fizz in the future if it currently is? If.you had to do additional steps to get it working please say what was needed thanks.

    I have verified the model and it is not on our compatibility list here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices. However, I can see that you have a physical Fizz SIM card associated with the mobile plan.
    In this situation, I would recommend you to ask the seller if they can allow you to insert the Fizz SIM in that phone and make a test call to #8378 to see if the phone is Fizz VoLTE-certified.
    If it can make the call to #8378, the phone will be able to make calls, but if not, then the phone won't be able to connect calls properly over the Fizz network.
