Internet down - Gatineau area - when will it be restored?

Morning all, Internet down here in Gatineau NW, since when, not sure but at least a few hours as per FIZZ customer agent.

     I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.


    Having checked in my tools, I can see that there is currently an incident reported in your area and this interferes with the network connection to that specific node. Rest assured, a team has been dispatched on-site to deal with this and remedy the matter as soon as possible.
    I would suggest you keep an eye on your modem from time to time and monitor the behavior of the LED lights. If you see any change, restart the modem and test your connection again.
