I received a message today that says "We have noticed unusually high usage of partner networks (identified as “Fizz EXT” on your phone's screen) for the mobile services included in your plan associated with the number (xxx) xxx-xxxx." I live in a city that borders Michigan. I have recently been downtown by the river moreso lately but I haven't crossed over. How worried should I be about extra charges?

Read your service agreement. If it is the same as mine, you don't have to worried about extra charges. But Fizz may limit your use of Fizz EXT networks. Also, if you are bordering Michigan, the US networks woudln't show as Fizz EXT but under their actual network name.

If you want to limit your use of Fizz EXT, go to manual network selection and select Fizz. Then your phone won't "accidentially" go on the Fizz EXT networks.
