Connected to the internet with NO internet connection

So yesterday the router just abruptly cut the Wifi and it was flashing green and white the whole time, i tried everything. Unplugging the cables, waiting, factory reset and it still gives me the same error. Its discoverable and connectable on my devices but there is no internet connection. The chat bot isn't even responding to me
