My other iphone is dead and has an esim How do i transfer to a new phone

    Hello @Chris_61 ,

     I am sorry for the issue encountered.
    To swap the eSIM please access your Fizz account, My plans, Manage, Change my SIM.
    A QR code will be sent on your email address to scan it and install the new eSIM on your new phone.
