Anybody else having trouble getting a refund? Owed almost $1300

Long story short, I ordered a phone a month ago and tried to cancel delivery before it even shipped. Fizz wouldn't let me pause the delivery, so I canceled the order - even though the phone never came into my possession, they're still dragging their feet on a refund. Anybody have any tricks to get $1300 back on a phone I never received? I've already filed a complaint with the CCTS, reported as fraud to my credit card, and left a Google review

Under Quebec law, if an item ordered online is not delivered within 30 days of the agreed-upon date (or the order date), you have the right to cancel the purchase and demand a full refund.

File a complaint directly on the Office de la protection du consommateur (Consumer Protection Office) website. Even though the OPC does not issue refunds directly, doing so compels the merchant to respond under the scrutiny of provincial regulations.
