account compatible emails

Hi,

I just tried to update the email linked to my account for a xxxx@pm.me and, apparently, it is not compatible with Fizz system.

Any idea if it is planned to make it compatible?
Also, anyone knows or has a list of all compatible emails?

    Thank you for your question.
    The Proton domains (@protonmail.com, @proton.me, and related Proton aliases) are currently not supported by Fizz's account management system. As a result, these email addresses cannot be used in certain account-related processes, such as updating the email address associated with a Fizz account.
    This limitation is due to internal compatibility and validation requirements within our systems. While Proton is a legitimate and widely used email provider, not all email domains are currently supported by Fizz's platform. For the time being, we recommend using a supported email provider such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo or any other mainstream email domains, when updating your account information.
    We understand that many members value privacy-focused email services, and we appreciate your feedback regarding Proton domains. User feedback helps us identify opportunities for future improvements.
