Recurring intermittent internet outages

Hello,

I'm writing to report a recurring internet connectivity issue that started approximately two weeks ago. Before that, I had no problems with my service.

Symptoms:

• Connection drops randomly, several times a day
• Some drops last only a few seconds, others last several minutes
• In some cases, the connection only comes back after I manually reboot the router

Troubleshooting already done:

• The issue occurs on multiple devices: laptop (Wi-Fi), desktop PC (wired Ethernet), and mobile phone (Wi-Fi)
• Since it affects wired and wireless devices equally, this points to an issue upstream of my router (line/signal) or with the router/modem itself, rather than a device-specific or Wi-Fi-specific problem

I work from home several days a week and need a stable connection for video calls and work tasks. This is becoming a significant disruption...

Could you please:
1. Check the line/signal quality on your end for any errors or instability
2. Let me know if there are known outages or maintenance in my area
3. Advise whether a technician visit or equipment replacement is needed

I am sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your modem in our tools, it is online and providing a proper speed. Some of the modem signals are not within the limits and it can cause the issue that you have encountered.
