Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified your modem`s signals and it appears that it`s online at the moment, although there were a few instabilities a few hours ago.
Please verify if your connection is not working via WiFi or Cable only and unplug the modem for about 15 seconds then plug it back.
If this didn`t help, a quick factory reset by pressing the button on the top of the yellow Ethernet ports until you hear a small click would restore the modem to it`s factory settings.
You will then need to connect to the network on the back of the modem , on the white sticker, using the password which is also found there.
