New Member, add a line question

So I'm new on the forum, been a Fizz customer for about a year. First line last year for family member, switched from Koodo for myself last week and want to switch my son from Koodo as well. For the life of me I cannot find the "add a line" section. We hit an error when we were trying to add a phone and pay it off in 4 months thing and it said there's already an account in my name. It's true, I use affirm. Is there another way to do it?

    To add another mobile line, please access Overview, Mobile plans, Add mobile plan.
    From there you can customize your plan and place the order.
