    Manitoba still has it. Only. it's 23 GB there.

    QC, I believe, never had it, I don't follow that as closely. They certainly do not now.

    I suppose it will disappear everywhere. Fizzers should always pay attention to those promo and protest if it makes less interesting the use of our referral code
