Rds not available on cellular data
Hi, I know my channel list is not all available when I am not connected to my home wifi. Previously I was able to watch RDS via cellular data when I am not home. Now it’s asking to connect to home wifi to watch.
Also I recently switched to bell for phone and the channels available don’t work as well when I was with fizz on cellular data. Is this normal?

Thank you for describing your request to us.
Some TV channels, including RDS, have licensing restrictions that require you to be connected to your home Wi-Fi to watch them.
When you were using Fizz mobile data, some channels may have been accessible because the Fizz TV app recognized you as being on the Videotron/Fizz network. After switching your mobile service to Bell, those channels may no longer be available over cellular data, so you'll need to connect to your home Wi-Fi to access them.
