Hello processor_83,
I am sorry to hear about this situation.
When a signal drops consistently in specific indoor locations like a workplace or home especially across multiple devices it usually points to a physical coverage dead zone.
Support teams can troubleshoot account settings or SIM cards, but they unfortunately cannot physically alter or boost local cell tower signals, nor can they manually toggle 5G access outside of standard plan options.
Localized signal blocks are usually caused by environmental factors, tower distance, or building materials (like concrete and metal) interfering with the network frequencies.
If the local network infrastructure simply cannot penetrate or reach a specific area, the reality is that troubleshooting steps won't be able to fix it.
Reliable daily connectivity has to come first, and if a provider's local tower layout doesn't reach where you need it most, switching to a different network that has better coverage in those specific zones is often the only real solution.
Hopefully, future network expansions will improve coverage in that area.
Thank you for your understanding and have a good day.

If both Fizz and all Fizz EXT networks (did you try all of them?) give you bad signal, then maybe something is wrong with your phone. Can you try a different device?
Also, if other people also experience signal issues at your location, then cell signals may just be weak in your area. In which case changing providers won't help either.

And rightfully so. Where there is no LTE, there won't be any 5G either. At least not yet.

Is the coworker on a different provider?
What does the coverage map show for that location show?0
