Ban signal at home and at work fizz offer no solution.

Fizz confirmed signal is know to be bad at my house and at my work area and offer no solution to fix it at all.. They just want me to change provider.

Is this normal to offer no service to know signal is bad and offer nothign try nothing to fix it?

i asked if i can test 5g to see if it help they refused..

    After verifying your account I noticed that the issue encountered has been escalated to our technical department and as a solution to the issue encountered you have been advised to deactivate the automatic network selection from the settings of your phone and manually connect to Fizz EXT instead of Fizz.
     The Fizz mobile network, like the vast majority of mobile service providers in Canada, is broadcast from fixed antennas on the ground. If the network signal is weak, your phone may be connected to an antenna that is not in an optimal location for you to access the network.
