server request limit reached

hi,
I'm getting the same error that had been reported by vincent T back in may, but the thread got closed without any valid answer:

The request limit to the server has been exceeded. Please wait until the limit is restored.

[Retry]

it's happening even more often now.
watching on Hisense Google TV.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue encountered.

    The most important thing to verify in this situation is to check if you have any updates available for the Fizz TV application. 

    In case you already have the latest version installed, please check if you have any software updates for your TV as well. If the issue persists, please delete the application and all app data and then reinstall it.

    same bug reported by @Yannito as well. trust me, my interest is active, and the modem, the tv... all possible devices were restarted about 10 minutes before the message appeared on the screen.
