new eSIM not working

Hi I tried to upgrade my plan so I can call to the USA. But the new eSIM is not working on my device.

    Hi SonyaP,

    I can see that you managed to add  Add-on-International calls: UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (+ US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO) on your plan for this purpose.
    4 minutes out of the total of 60 have been used.
