Fizz team, please help. I can’t start a support chat ! The support chat page keeps refeshing itself every 0.5 sec. as soon as I log in. I can’t click on the “chat button” because the page aut-scrolls up really fast.
Help please !

    I’m stuck on this lage. It keeps refreshing itself real fast.

    This issue can be caused by the browser used. Please choose a different browser, another one that you would normally use. Open the browser and delete the entire cookie and cache history, then open up an Incognito tab and try again to contact us. Restarting your device before this process is also recommended.

    • Try a private browsing mode
    • Disable the VPN if you are using one.
