How to remove my credit card

I want to terminate my plan & delete my credit card from my profile since I dont want to use fizz sim card anymore, how can I do that? I have already unsubscribed

    Hello @Molulu1322 ,

    We are sorry about your decision.

    Verifying your account, you have placed an unsubscription order that will be effective at the end of your payment cycle. Until then, you can use your services.

    Once the order is effective, the plan will be canceled and the SIM card will become available again to use it if you want in the future, as it does not expire.

    Also, once your plan is cancelled, you can delete the payment method from My settings, Payment methods.

    You should contact support : https://fizz.ca/en/support or a whizz with a private message with the little enveloppe up the page.

    My Plans --> Manage My Plan --> Change my Payment method --> Manage payment method --> Delete
