Validity period for data perks
How long are data perks valid for after being applied? I just applied a 10 GB perk and it said it would be valid for 90 days upon activation. In my data usage list it says it expires in 30 days. I went back to view information about the perk I just activated this morning and it also shows conflicting information about the validity period.

I can certainly clear up the confusion regarding your 10 GB perk.
To clarify the rules of the system: once a data perk is activated, it must be used within 30 days.
The mentions of a '90-day validity window' you are seeing this morning are actually a display glitch in the portal. Because of this conflicting information on your screen, I am going to submit a specialized ticket to our technical team on your behalf so they can investigate your account specifically.

The perk is available for activation for 90 days. Once activated, the 10 GB automatically expires after 30 days from the activation date if not used.

The availability is of 30 days once there are activated.

OH I understand your point. When I clickcon the perk like I said in my first answer it says I will have 90 days to use it

So if you just activated your perk the end of the period is too short.@Whizz Explanation please

I just tried tapping on another not yet in use and it also says 90 days of validity after activation:

I expect it's a bug but it's confusing to have conflicting information.

Exactly! Before today the only data perk I activated was the original 500 mb which was for 30 days.
I thought the newly deposited ones would likely also be for 30 days upon activation so was surprised to see 90 days. I then noticed in my data list it said 30 days. Hence my confusion and question.
