How can I activate a new eSIM?
I'm setting up a new iPhone, and have transferred all my content from the old iPhone to the new one, but apparently I can't transfer the existing eSIM. But when I try to order and activate a new eSIM, using the fizz.ca site, I get stuck on a page that asks for my credit card info, and after clicking the Next button, it just redisplays the Next button after a while, without going any further. It never lets me complete the order and activation. Any ideas?

"In fact, an eSIM cannot be transferred from one phone to another the same way as a physical SIM card, for example. You need to change your SIM. You then install the new eSIM on your new phone and activate it with your existing mobile plan."

I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
In order to transfer your eSIM from one phone to the other as Mike RZMAX informed you, you will have to go into your Fizz account> Manage plan > Change my SIM card. At that point you will be asked to enter your payment method details on the website to validate your identity and then you can complete it.
If you encounter an error message, please contact us privately to help with the situation, following the steps provided by SuperFrizz 5CQ2W.
I have also reviewed your account and I can see that you contacted us via chat and we helped you with the SIM card change.
In case anyone else has this particular issue, these are the steps to follow.
