Why can't I get reception?
Since switching to fizz I hardly have reception on my phone. I cannot send texts or make calls 90% of the time. I get a message saying that my texts will send when I get reception again/connect to the server. I have to turn my phone off and on again to get texts to send, and sometimes that doesn't even work. I have had issues with reception in my apartment before but never this bad when I was with chatr, now its basically like I don't have a phone plan... things only work with internet. Fizz doesn't have a customer service line so I can't call and ask for help with this.

I am sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your account, your plan is active and in good standing.
The Fizz mobile network, like the vast majority of mobile service providers in Canada, is broadcast from fixed antennas on the ground. It’s normal that the signal will be affected in some places by natural and artificial obstacles.
To fix it, please reset your network settings and restart your phone. if the issue persists, please contact us by chat to instigate further:https://fizz.ca/en/support

You can check the coverage map to make sure you're within it
https://fizz.ca/en/coverageYou can alse select network manually under SIM settings in your phone to make sure it connects to the best one.
I'd also double check APN is configured correctly
