New reward cannot be selected (since March 5th)

Hi,
I have received my 3rd reward of $2 (on Level 6) for Fizz internet since March 5th, I tried a few times till today since April, and it still can't be applied. When I click on the $2 new reward (under My Upgrades), a blank/white dialog box appears, with nothing but an X to close it.
When I click on any one of my 3 current rewards ($2, $2, $1), the same blank/white dialog box appears.
I have tried with two laptops, and on my phone.

    I am sorry for the issue encountered.
    Verifying your account, you have received the $2 reward and it is available for use.
    Please try again to swap it from an incognito page of your browser after clearing cache and cookies and if the issue persists, please contact us by chat to investigate further and help:https://fizz.ca/en/support
