Website is down but need to pay

Hi,

The website is down but I need to update my payment method otherwise my plan will be suspended. How can I go about doing this before the deadline if the website is down?

    Hello @dmiller1234,

     I am sorry for the issue encountered.
    I confirm that the site is working properly, I notice that your plan is suspended because of payment failture.
    To fix it, please update the payment method, under My settings, Payment methods, Update payment method.
    Once you added a new card, please set it as default to your plan under My plans, Manage, Change payment method.
    Then, you can make the payment under My plans, Proceed to payment.
