Charged twice?
Hi,
Just curious if anyone else experienced this and if I should contact fizz. I think I was charged twice for registration and activation of my wifi.
I just moved to a new place and I registered for internet with fizz when I signed my lease at the beginning of April. Fizz charged me for that. I’ve received my modem yesterday and activated it. Well today I saw that they charged me again!?
I’m not sure why they charged me twice for the same month

Thank you for informing us about your situation.
I have verified your Fizz member account and I can see that you were charged only once for the Home Internet plan.
You can as well see this by logging into your Fizz member account → My settings → Transaction history. You can see more details about the transaction history menu here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders.
If you still think that you were charged twice, please contact us privately on chat (by this link: https://fizz.ca/en/support) and provide us with proof that we charged you twice for the Home Internet plan.
Also, make sure that you didn’t borrow your credit card to anyone else.
