    Hello @ABWE

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.

I verified your account and I can see that your mobile plan is currently pending activation and the eSIM is still available to be installed.

If you encountered issues installing the eSIM using the QR code I recommend trying to install it manually. In your phone’s settings, look for eSIM. Here’s the usual path:

Android: Settings > Network and Internet > SIM cards and cellular network
Apple: Settings > Cellular network > Add an eSIM

After you install the eSIM you will have to start the transfer from your Fizz account under My plans > Install my eSIM > Start the transfer.

If you still encounter issues installing the eSIM, please contact us from the support page and we will help you find a solution or cancel the request so you can start over with a physical SIM card.

    Have a good one!

I don't think anyone on this board can refund your money, but you can reach out to support at https://fizz.ca/en/support. They may be able to help you activate your esim or process your refund.

Hi, have you confirmed the number transfer via the old SIM card or eSIM?

As others have noted, support can help. The number you're transferring needs to be an active cell phone number that can receive and send texts, as you need to be able to approve the transfer.
