Travel : eSim and Fizz travel add-on / voice
Hi! Before leaving Canada I bought an eSim for data only, planning to travel to Europe. Now I am in Spain and I bought a Fizz add-on / voice to be able to make a phone call in Canada. Roaming setting in on, but I can’t make a phone call to Canada, I always get a message from Orange telling me that I can’t make an international call. Can anyone explain me the step by step way to set up and use the Fizz voice add on ? Without loosing the data from my eSim? ☺️ I am using an iphone 14.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I verified your mobile plan and I can confirm that the travel add-on for calls is currently active. However, based on the error message received it looks like your phone is trying to use the local eSIM for calls.
You will have to go into your phone settings and make sure that your Fizz SIM is the default SIM used for calls. You can follow these steps:
Tap on Cellular or Mobile Data.
Select the Fizz line.
Tap on Default Voice Line.
After that you should follow the same steps and make sure that the other eSIM is active for mobile data usage.

Hi, did you buy a travel addon? Those are different than in coverage zone addons.
If you did and it still doesn't work after enabling roaming and restarting your dev ie you can contact support via chat :
