Please fix the location for ontario users--my location should not be showing another province

I am in Ontario and can not use the majority of my apps and 90% of websites do not load.
Please fix this ASAP
THERE ARE POSTS IN THE FORUM ABOUT THIS THAT WERE POSTED YEARS AGO
PLEASE PROVIDE CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT SINCE YOUR SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE AS PROMISED

WHEN I USED FIXZ NETWORK FOR TRIAL I DID NOT HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH MY LOCATION

I WOULD NEVER HAVE SIGNED UP FOR ONTARIO SERVICE THAT SAYS I AM LOCATED IN QUEBEC

    So, you are saying that you took Fizz for a trial and did not notice that 90% of websites as well as half of your apps don't work?!

    Sorry, but you're blowing this a bit out of proportion.

    We are happy to try and help though if you can give some concrete examples of apps and sites that don't work for you.

    The Fizz backhaul has always been in Montreal.
    I'm in Ontario and I don't have issues with apps.
    Ads are sometimes in French but my apps work fine.

    Can you provide an example of an app that doesn't work?

    This is a forum of customers, not a direct channel to anyone at Fizz. Sounds like you want to YELL at customer support. Start a chat with them and they can help you.

    As others have mentioned, there is not much us other customers can give you for advice, particularly with the conflicting info you experienced with the trial and paid service.

    The difference between Ontario only service and Canada wide is 2.00 a month. I don’t think that is the problem, but for the aggravation you seem to be experiencing it may be worth it to switch plans.

    Life is short. Too short to be aggravated by a phone plan when there are so many options and providers.
