I just got my fizz mobile plan, and I can call and receive calls, but i cant use my mobile data?

On https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan, go to Manage my plan -> Advanced Parameters -> Fizz network parameters, and follow the instructions for your phone.
If that doesn't help, even after reboot, you may want to set your phone to LTE only to try and test that.
