Samsung Note 10 plus VoLTE compatibilty test #TEST (#8378)

Hi,
I have a Samsung Note 10 Plus and dialed #8378, and it says ''The call test failed''. However, I can make and receive calls without issues.

Can I presume there will be no issues for now using my Samsung Note 10 Plus to make calls? When I receive a call it says 'Call forwarded' at the bottom of the screen, but it is not forwarded, I receive all calls.

Data shoes LTE+ and working fine also.

    I double-checked our compatibility list.
    Your Samsung Note 10 Plus isn't officially on the 'certified' list, but that doesn't mean it won't work, it just means it hasn't been formally tested by our team.
    Fizz doesn't block unlisted phones, so if your calls are working and you see LTE+, your phone is successfully connecting to the network!

    Those error messages you saw (#8378 failing and the 'Call forwarded' pop-up) are simply because the phone’s older software doesn't perfectly align with our newer diagnostic tools. As long as you can make calls and browse the web, you are good to go.
