I am sorry to hear that you encounter this situation,
In order to resolve it, you will first have to contact your bank as in our system we observe the payment does not go through because there is an error on your bank level.
The message we can see is that the payment is declined and you should use a different card.In order to add another payment method, log into your account on this website: https://fizz.ca/en and under 'My settings' → 'Payment methods' → click on 'Add a new payment method'. When you enter the information for your payment method, the billing address associated with your card must be 100% identical and correspond to the address you declared to your bank for that card. Pay attention to the following items: the name of the street (Ave, avenue), special works (Saint, St, Ste), hyphens, spaces, and spelling.
You will also have to associate the new payment method with your plan, so please log into your Fizz member account → select the plan you wish to associate with a new card → click on Manage plan → change my payment method → select the payment method with which you’d like this plan to be associated with.

To manually attempt the payment again, follow these steps:
In order to do that, you have to log into your Fizz account → click on the 'My plans' menu → press on the 'Proceed to payment', and then on the other red button that will appear on your screen. You can also see more information about this topic here:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
In order to address the display issue encountered, you can use the steps Use_code_VGTIB provided as well. Additionally, delete the cache memory on your browser and cookies as these may contain an older page of the payment process as several updates were made to the website in the last few weeks.
