FRUSTRATED and want to purchase new phone

I'm starting to wonder already if I made a mistake signing up for Fizz. I purchased a plan and now need to purchase a phone to use on that plan, but when I try to purchase a phone, it makes me choose a new plan again, even though I've already purchased one. There is no obvious way to purchase a phone linked to the plan I've already purchased. When I try to chat with an agent, my question just sits there and there is no response or indication that my question was event sent. Please help.

When you are buying a phone, the plan's price is informative, the price of the plan will not be added to your order, you can buy a phone without a plan.
