what features does fizz have to protect us from sim swapping?

I don't know what identification Fizz might require if they were contacted, but to port a number out they'll need you to confirm the transfer your active SIM, so make sure NOT to do that and not hand anyone you don't trust any confirmation codes you get.

i just fell for a phishing attempts and some scammers have my phone number, email, name, and address. i am worried they will swim swap me. how does fizz protect me.If you’re worried about SIM swapping with Fizz, it’s good to understand that their protections are fairly basic. They do have things like a SIM PIN (which only helps if your phone is physically stolen) and they require some level of account verification or SMS confirmation for actions like number transfers. However, Fizz doesn’t really offer stronger protections like a dedicated port-out PIN or a true SIM swap lock, which some other carriers provide.
That said, most SIM swap attacks don’t rely on the carrier alone—they rely on scammers using your personal info to impersonate you. Since your phone number, email, and address were exposed, the most important thing is securing your accounts: change your passwords, make sure your email is locked down with app-based 2FA (not SMS), and remove SMS as a recovery method wherever possible.
In short, Fizz has some safeguards, but your best protection is making sure your email and important accounts are secure, since that’s usually the real entry point attackers use before attempting a SIM swap.
