In a year you might find a better deal anyway.
Is it worth the hassle to overthink it?0 -
I had a 12 months discovery discount.
I ported my # out to a $15 plan and back.
I think the 24 months ends today though.
If you don't mind a new # just cancel and get the new plan.0 -
If you are fast enough coming back to Fizz, you won't. Your rewards start disappearing after one month.
Also, the discovery discount was indeed for 12 months so far. Now it is 24 months.

Hello @healthyEraRn ,
Thank you for your interest in our services.
Verifying your account, you have the discount applied for the next 24 months, you can verify this under My plans, Discovery Discount.
Please consult our FAQ too:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-discovery-discount-and-how-does-it-work
Have a great day!

That's odd because the offer for new customers currently in effect has been the same for several weeks, and I believe it has always been for a period of 24 months. It's strange that you only received 12 months.

I already have a good, permanent price with my plan, and unless Fizz comes out with better plans, I'm not looking for anything better.

If you don't mind a new # just cancel and get the new plan.If you do this, will you lose all your accumulated points and therefore your bonuses?
