Can not receive SMS messages since switching to Fizz

I’m sorry to hear you and your partner are having trouble receiving SMS messages.I’ve checked your account and can confirm that your transfer was completed on March 25 and your mobile plan is currently active. Since iMessage is working but SMS replies are not coming through, this may be related to device or network settings.
I recommend trying the following steps:
- Restart your iPhone
- Toggle Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off
- Go to Settings > Messages and turn iMessage off, then back on
- Go to Settings > Phone > My Number and ensure your number is correct
