Can not receive SMS messages since switching to Fizz

My partner and I switched to Fizz last week and have not been able to receive SMS messages. We both have an iPhone and iMessage works fine and messages can be sent and received by others but when they reply we do not receive it.

    I’m sorry to hear you and your partner are having trouble receiving SMS messages.

    I’ve checked your account and can confirm that your transfer was completed on March 25 and your mobile plan is currently active. Since iMessage is working but SMS replies are not coming through, this may be related to device or network settings.

    I recommend trying the following steps:

    • Restart your iPhone
    • Toggle Airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off
    • Go to Settings > Messages and turn iMessage off, then back on
    • Go to Settings > Phone > My Number and ensure your number is correct
