Home Internet outage for hours
Hi,
I have been without Internet for hours this time. Your website says all services online and when I write to your support they say there is a network issue. When will we get back our Internet?
It would be nice in the future to mention on your website when the network is down.

I verified your Fizz account and it appears that there`s still a maintenance on the network grid in your area.
At the moment , I can only advise you to wait and reboot the modem every few hours to check if the service has been restored ( unplug the modem from the power outlet for 2 minutes then plug it back as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do ).
While there is no estimation for the situation to be resolved, I count on your patience until this matter is addressed.
