Why I can’t make calls in Vancouver

Hello! I am from Quebec, and my plan is Canada-wide coverage, but I cannot make any calls in Vancouver. I got a message telling me "Action required: Your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an add-on"

Does Canada-wide works in Vancouver?
How can I get this fixed? Thank you.

    A Canada-wide plan should work in Vancouver.
    You may want to double-check at https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/account/plan if your plan is in fact Canada-wide and, should you have multiple plans, that you are in fact using the right one.

    Also, should you be anywhere close to the US border, make sure, your phone is registered with a network in Canada and not the US.

    Have you changed your plan for Canada? If so, it will only be active after the next payment.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    I verified your plan and it appears that you should be able to make calls.

    Please try to restart the phone, enable / disable airplane mode while also testing the Sim card in another device.
    You could also try to reset your phone`s network settings then once again restart the phone and confirm if the correct one have been installed afterwards : 

    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl
