living in Côte-Saint-Luc. If you can't support your internet service, inform us so we can change our provider.

    Verifying your modem in our tools it is online and providing a proper speed now and in the last days too.
    Please restart your modem and your devices too, disconnect them from the network and reconnect, then test to see how it works.

    Unplug the modem from the power outlet for a few minutes and then plug it back in.

    Hi, have you communicated with customer service to see if they are aware?

    This could be a break in your cable due to the ice. Are your neighbors' connections working?

    You can ask others in your area who use cable if it works.

    Have you unplugged the modem for 30 seconds to try?

    Is the cable properly screwed in everywhere?

    Ask support to check your signals.
