Payment cycle?
I just made a payment today, March 15, to reinstate as a suspended mobile service. I received a confirmation email which contained the following:
Your next payment cycle will end on February 16, 2026.
Shouldn't have said april 16th?

Verifying your account, the payment is processed and also your plan is renewed and fully active.
If was an error of the system when automatically sent you the notification about payment and we apologize for that and make the necessary actions to not happen again.
