940 plan
hello im new to fizz and i got the 940 plan but im only getting normally between 200 to 300 maximum 400 even near the router i asked the support but there is no error or anything i made many scans in the app but nothing wrong is there any fix to get the full speed i just dont want waste money on a plan and not getting the right speed

I am sorry for the issue encountered.
Verifying your Fizz account, I notice that your modem is online and providing a proper speed.
Please restart the modem, make sure that the coaxial cable is well inserted into the both ends, also test the speed using Ethernet cable too.
