Hello,
Since few weeks I’ve got this message when using Fizz mobile internet.
“Something is wrong with your plan
Please log in to your account to fix it.”
After rebooting it normally returning to normal for few minutes after happening again.
When happening it redirects me here https://fizz.ca/en/jail

Contact customer service and see what’s the problem with them.

Reset your phone's network settings.
Remove your SIM card from your phone and reinsert it.0 -
